I used an airbrush for the basic colour, then painted the spots and ‘fluffed’ the edges with a paintbrush to give them a furry look. I can feel another tutorial coming on! Will see if I can post one on leopard spots in the near future :)

Yes you can – use a fine sugar, like caster sugar (not powdered but the type you’d use for baking – nice and fine, not too grainy) and pop it in a snap lock bag with a few drops of food colouring. Shake it all around till the colour has evenly coated the sugar, then spread it onto a tray to dry. You’ll need to crunch it up after drying – I recommend running it through a sifter as the sugar will stick together with the moisture from the food colouring :)

I would try and make the heal with the glitter on it too, maybe putting some chocolate on it, then roll it in the sugar? other then that, these are really cute. this would be cute for a girl slumber party, or a sweet 16.
