Pink Champagne Cupcakes for the New Year

You can find this recipe at Betty Crocker or I will post it for your convenience at our website cookingandcrafting.weebly.com These were delicious, however, go easy on the frosting. I am not a drinker and I could taste the champagne big time. I would suggest not feeding these to children. I ended up having to scrape off a good portion of the frosting as there really was a lot on those cupcakes. If you are a drinker, however, have at it! ;) Please have a wonderful, safe 2011. We wish you love, good health and happiness. Thank you so much for watching. We appreciate you all. I wanted to make this recipe, but when I saw Jolene’s recipe, I knew I had to do it! 7. CookingAndCrafting says:

To me it was strong, but I think that it was the frosting that tasted strong
