Decorating Cupcakes #51: Chocolate Malt Brownie Cone

Idea for this cupcake was found in Betty Crocker’s “Big Book of Cupcakes” This is supposed to look like an old fashioned chocolate malt drink you could buy at your local 5 and dime or diner. Like this one: www.loneprairie.net Hamburger and fries to go with it tomorrow :)
