   I would like to see cake decorators wear a face mask for hygiene purposes when they are up close and personal with the cakes people will be eating. A sweating man breathing so close into the icing, and in one video actually coughing onto it, is not exactly showing attention to detail and offering sufficient care to his customers who, with their guests, are going to be consuming the product. PLEASE do produce your video’s with more professional attention to the small details. People WILL notice.

    hello, ive been searching for a supplier who could make a layer of cake revolve until i saw this video of yours…. would just like to ask how do you create the revolving carousel….:)
